"till the tym" by Rownaq Prasad

Till the time these stars will follow me,
I promise sweetheart it will be you with whom i always wanna be.
I have seen the devils laughing it out aloud,
But i am sure about the silver lining in the darkest clouds,
Till the blood bath on the statues take us apart,
I’ll always be there holding ur better half
Have u ever seen me crying out so loud?
I am sure u did this more thn i wud have thought
Please try and undersatand how it mean to me
You r the only one i can ever with be
Smile and see the gorgeous thngs around
Leave the evil surrounding us alone
You have no clue wht all u mean to me
Every single soul i can survive without it seems
Ur smell surrounding ma head
Only thng i can think about rite here
You dnt knw the magic ur hairs spell on me
Coz u cann’t see that whn u r not around me.
Better u tear ma heart ‘n please come home
You donn’t knw who misses u here the most
You can neva realise wht all to me
Till the tym i scatter ma blood floating on the sea.

"The Last Look" by Nicole Turiano

He could paint with his eyes
The way they stared, the way they moved
Waters ominous wake
Orange, deep blue, blazing red
Devouring every piece
A reflection
A perfect, eluded space
The world in fragmented little mirrors, winks
And whispers

The first shout of silence
Even the colors melt and tremble
Like children
Like love
Like lovers without each other
when the distance invites a longing for death
When death invited a longing for time
For some instance remembering
How they shared the favorite color blue
Sat under the large shady Oak
Outlined the leaves on each others hands just to feel the warm fingers
Tickling
Like they would again in Fall

Backs against the solid Earth
They descend, circling, graceful
Every one a unique, careful, masterpiece
Every one, like a prism
A streak of light between the long looming branches
A kiss
Or for tonight
The last long look, he would ever give her

"Dreams & Mirrors" by Matt Harrison

In my dreams I see mirrors, & In them I see you
I feel you looking back, I know you see me too
I Press my hands against the glass & call
Your eyes pierce straight into mine, catch me as I fall

Press your hands against mine, as we feel the beat
As you lean in for life’s kiss, we feel the heat
Our heart’s beating faster, like a butterflies wing’s
This love flows easily, considering everything

We can all feel it & breathe it within
I hope you can feel it but see it instead
The physical connection & attraction within
The heart's obsession, is where it begins

When the glass shattered
From the weight of life’s emotions
We woke up & realized we were living a dream
Full of misplaced devotion

We all have loved, & are now falling completely within
Soon the love will be complete, as we all transcend
The magic of your eyes capture’s & fuel’s my inclination
Am I in love with you or the reflection of my heart's infatuation…

Love & Light,

Matt Harrison

"Real Friendship" by Angela Heppner

A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest.
A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself
and doesn't feel even the least bit weird shutting your
'beer/Pepsi drawer' with her foot!

A simple friend has never seen you cry.
A real friend's shoulder is soggy from your tears..

A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names.
A real friend has their phone numbers
in his address book.

A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party.
A real friend comes early to help you cook and
stays late to help you clean.

A simple friend hates it when you call after
they've gone to bed.
A real friend asks you why you took so long to
call.

A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your
problems.
A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.

A simple friend wonders about your romantic
history.
A real friend could blackmail you with it!

A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when
you have an argument.
A real friend calls you after you had a fight.

A simple friend expects you to always be there for
them.
A real friend expects to always be there for you!

"If you wish for a genuine, kind, loving, trustworthy and supportive friend, then you must be one yourself. Treasure the friendships in your life, and lead by example. Then look in the mirror and smile. Be content with the fact that you gave what you wished for."~ "Angel"a ~

"A good friend loves you when you forget how to love yourself."~ "Angel"a ~

A friend can stand back and let you fall,
Pick you back up when you need to stand tall,
Not be "offended" when you happen to lash out,
Love you unconditionally without a doubt.
Stare at you point blank and say "wake up!"
Give you the larger rather than the smaller cup,
Run a warm bath and scrub your back,
Never taking anything said as a personal attack.
Take a break from you when they know it's needed,
Help you to discover that which is deeply seeded,
Assist in teaching you a good hard lesson,
Defend and protect you, not allowing any messin'.
Be okay with you not hearing their truths,
Give credit when credit is due,
Say, feel, act, be, see, show the real deal,
Cuz they know what they have with you is "real."

"the fisherman..." by Gina Affatato

The sage woke up from his nap
he thought tired was his woes
spending time amongst the heavens
have a little gold in his heart
what’s a nap though if weary wears him down
perhaps he thought… to spend a little time fishing
“I do not have any bait”… he muttered to himself
Shall I sit on the bridge and hum to myself…singing his thoughts in cheers
One of the sage’s student’s then came along
Asked,” won’t you teach me out of your grand book?”
“surely I could, but surely I will not,” the sage calmly told the youngun…
The old sage contemplated for a minute…taking in the boy’s confusion and said…
“ come now…come sit with the old man and I shall surely whisper you a secret”…
Wind blew and the sunlight cascaded on the river in smiles
“What’s the secret…please tell me the secret,” asked the boy
And the sage whispered in his ear,” just fish my boy… that’s all you got to do is just be.”

"What We Hope For" by Thomas Springer

Sometimes things are not what they seem
A caring glance makes a difference
Time has a way of healing hurt
There is a great power in forgiveness

Knowing that you live as you believe
Understanding that past is not now
Feeling the hope of tomorrow becoming your truth
Finding that all things have their place no matter what they are

The ehos of the heart live on
Even when the past has faded
At times when the power to believe is small
Life has a way of showing us its true gifts

Today I wish only to become now
To live with all I have and been given
A moment gone or waiting cannot grant
What only the beauty of now holds for each of us

I believe in you and what dreams will come
Nothing can take this from you other than self
In the night hold dear to the knowledge of this truth
And never forget what you hope for is possible

"What i have created" by Thomas Springer

Caught in a web of discontent
I continue to attempt the impossible
Granting selfwill control over things
That only a power greater than I should have

Tho I know from my past experenience
I still refuse to allow what is to be
In a vain attempt to grant myself some pleasure
Refusing the gifts that are granted to live my own desire

Without faith in what may be coming
I hold on to the mist of self
Believing I can do what only a God may dare
I suffer on with the thought that this time it will be different

This path of destruction brings sorrow
Yet I hold on with all I am till there is nothing left
Shattered by the falseness of my fate
For I granted it to myself while I closed my eyes to the beauty around me

Now in this contempt I wallow
Waiting to be saved from my actions
From this very source I have turned away from daily
Because I wish for something other than what I have created

"Fly Fly Angel" a song by Troy Bunnell

There's been something in your heart,
Something you came here to do,
A dream that came down from above, Was born on earth inside of you,

Things got lost along the way,
Your feet got planted on the ground,
But you were meant to fly my love, And share your song for all around...so

Fly , Fly Angel
Spread your wings against the sky,
Fly, Fly Angel
The wind will carry you Higher...and Higher

Yes things get lost along the way,
When feet get planted on the ground,
But you were meant to fly my love, And share your song for all around...so

Fly , Fly Angel
Spread your wings against the sky,
Fly, Fly Angel
The wind will carry you Higher...and Higher
